VFW Security Service Post 6012 has proudly served veterans, active-duty service members, and military families throughout the San Antonio community since receiving its charter on August 8, 1971.
For more than five decades, Post 6012 has provided a place where veterans can find fellowship, understanding, advocacy, and meaningful support. We are committed to honoring the service and sacrifices of America’s veterans, preserving the bonds of camaraderie formed through military service, and helping veterans and their families access the resources they have earned.
Our Post regularly hosts meetings, community events, patriotic observances, fundraisers, and programs that bring veterans, active-duty personnel, families, and supporters together. Through these efforts, we continue to strengthen the connection between San Antonio’s military community and the neighbors who proudly stand behind it.
